Flu season is in full swing! Be mindful that Covid is still around and somewhat making a comeback. Remember in crowded indoor facilities it is best to still wear your mask. The reason flu season is in the wintertime is because the indoor air becomes warmer and viruses can spread easier in the heated air to which we flock when it is cold outside. The flu and covid are spread through microscopic water droplets in the air. The best practice is still social distancing when you can as well as masking up. Washing your hands regularly is paramount as well as keeping them away from your face. Cough into your elbows. If you feel an illness coming on zinc lozenges every 3 hours can help you fight off the virus or help make your recovery easier.
